Villa Description
The gorgeous Villa Stefania is set on secluded private grounds amidst the idyllic virgin valley of Pylaros, just 5 min drive to the picturesque harbour of Agia Efimia. It´s an absolute rural and quiet location perfectly suitable for all, looking for relaxing holidays in a quiet and secluded environment, but in the vicinity of a popular destination with good amenities.
The Villa is only a 5 min walk to a local bakery selling also sweets and dairy products. The good traditional tavern “Black Sheep” and a supermarket are 700 m from the villa. The spectacular Myrtos beach and numerous little coves, ideal for swimming and snorkelling are within 10 min easy drive from the Villa.
Villa Stefania is well equipped and tastefully furnished with all modern amenities. The living space of 125 m² is arranged over three levels. A free and fast wi-fi internet is of course in the Villa provided and covers all indoors and outdoors areas.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double and 1 with twins) with air conditioning and large balconies, and a spacious bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer.
The ground floor features a relaxing seating-dining area, with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD-Player, dining table, the open plan kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, WC.
The lower ground floor is accessible by stairs from the living room, but has also an own entrance and thus is independent. It provides sleeping facility for 2 (two single beds), a comfortable seating area, and a bathroom with shower, WC. This room is ideal for young or elderly people, who want to be by themselves.
Villa Stefania benefits from a vast sunny terrace surrounded by a garden with lawn, Mediterranean flowers and trees. There are various seating areas inviting for relaxing and dining. The lovely pool (width 4 x 8 m / depths 1.20 – 1.70 m) is checked and maintained regularly. There is a coal grill plus an outside sink, ideal for preparing the dinner outside in warm evenings. Here is the ideal place to rest and relax but also to explore Kefalonia, as the location is central on the island and thus an ideal base for starting your excursions.
