The beautiful Villa Anatoli is located amidst the idyllic and green Valley of Pylaros. This is an absolute rural and quiet location, in the authentic Makriotika village, but only a breath away from the popular and busy Agia Efimia with excellent amenities. High mountains with little traditional villages, aged-old olive trees, oaks and cypresses is what you will face from your terrace. Truly a place enjoying privacy, tranquillity and peace.

Next bakery is just 500 m from the villa. In approx. 1 km, you will reach a supermarket, a good traditional tavern and the central square of Makriotika offering a further tavern and a mini market. More restaurants, cafés and shops are in the picturesque village Agia Efimia, just 5 min drive from the villa.

Villa Anatoli owes its name the east orientation of the house offering a fantastic view to the magnificent sunrise every morning. Here is the perfect place for those looking for a quiet, secluded place to stay with privacy, but in the vicinity of a village offering all amenities.

The living area of 150 sqm is arranged over 2 levels. It is modern designed, highly equipped and provides superior standards of comfort. A free and fast wi-fi internet is of course in the Villa provided.

At the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and patio doors opening on to a furnished terrace; 2 bedrooms with one single bed each (an additional bed for a 7th person can be easily placed in one of these rooms); a bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer; the spacious and tastefully appointed living room with air-conditioning, comfortable sofas, dining table, fireplace, flat-satellite TV, DVD and patio doors opening on to a furnished terrace with outside dining table and sun umbrella. The modern kitchen is partly separated from the living room and fully equipped with dining table.

On the 1st floor there is a further bedroom with double bed, air-conditioning and balcony doors opening on to a covered terrace with marvelous countryside views and a bathroom with bath WC, hairdryer.

Villa Anatoli is surrounded by a large garden with lovely colourful local flowers and trees. There are different seating areas inviting you to relax and enjoy the warm Greek sun or the pleasant shade under the aged-old olive trees. The terrace and the garden offer privacy and are equipped with sun beds, sun umbrella, BBQ and garden furnishings.
