You can book by using the online booking form of this web site, or by sending us an e-mail. The details needed for booking are: your name, the number of persons staying (number of adults + number of children) and a cell phone number.

Yes. Please send us an e-mail with the name of the Kefalonia Holiday Rental you would like to stay and the period required. We can hold the period for 48 hours without any obligation to enable you to fix your travel arrangements. After 48 hours, if we have not a respond, your provisional booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation must be in writing. Please send us an e-mail.

For Cancellations until the 60th day prior to rental beginning: Free Cancellation and 100% refund of the deposit made (25% of the rental cost). For Cancellations between the 59th and the 30th day prior to rental beginning: 50% refund of the deposit made (25% of the rental cost). For Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to rental beginning: no refund. If Covid-19 restrictions prevent travel: Free Cancellation anytime prior to rental beginning and 100% refund of any payment made if one of the following Covid-19 restrictions prevent travel: – warning against travelling into Greece – quarantine imposed on travellers arriving in Kefalonia or in your country by return. This applies only if announcement of a.m. restrictions is made after booking and max. 60 days prior to check-in date.

If you hire a car for the duration of your holiday, it makes sense to collect from, and return to, the airport. This will save you the taxi transfer cost (60 euros per way).

Generally, earliest check-in time is 15:00 hrs. This is essential in consideration of cleaning and preparing the property for you. In case there are no other guests leaving the property on your check-in day, earlier check-in is possible. However, this cannot be confirmed earlier than 7 days prior to your check-in date.

On your arrival, the owners of the property will be there and waiting for you. They will give you the keys and show you everything you need to know about your Holiday Rental. In order to ensure an efficient hand-over of the keys, please inform us about your estimated check-in time.

Generally, latest check-out time is 10:00 hrs. This is essential in consideration of cleaning and preparing the property for the next guests. In case there are no other guests arriving in the property on your check-out day, a later check-out is possible. However, this cannot be confirmed earlier than 7 days prior to your check-out date.

If you have a late flight back home and a late check-out is not possible, we recommend to book and spend a day in a hotel nearby the airport. We can recommend:

In all our Kefalonia Holiday Rentals, a baby cot and a high chair are provided. Please inform us before your arrival that you travel with a baby, so we can ensure that a baby cot and a high chair will be ready for you.

In order to guarantee your booking, a reservation deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. A reservation cannot be confirmed until a deposit payment of 25% has been paid.

Payments can be made either via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

In some Villa Rentals, little pets are welcome. Please enquire BEFORE make a booking!

Pool/beach towels are in all Kefalonia Villas with pools available. They are not provided in houses / apartments without pool.

The full address of your Holiday Rental is shown in the document “Route Directions”. Please kindly note, that in Kefalonia and outside the towns, there are no street names and house numbers. The address of the properties usually consists of the region name, the next bigger village/town and the postcode.

We will send you full Route Directions from the airport and all ports of Kefalonia to your Holiday Rental.

We will e-mail you the full route directions once the final payment for your accommodation has been received.

On your arrival, the owners of the property will be there and waiting for you. They will give you the keys and show you everything you need to know about your Villa Rental. Therefore, is essential to know your estimated arrival time on the island and estimated arrival time at your property. Please inform us on time.

Rental rates include VAT, all local taxes and services as per description under “Services” for each property. There are no additional costs.

As we operate with euro only, we unfortunately can not give you a quote in another currency.

Wherever possible, you can change the date of your booking, the rental period and the number of persons without any charge. If you want to change the Holiday Rental, cancellation fees will may accordingly for the deserted property.

For some Kefalonia Villa Rentals a security deposit is required. Information on the security deposit required is given in the description of each property (right side). The security deposit is payable on your check-in day either cash or via Credit Card. It is fully refundable on your check-out day, provided there is no damage done on the property and its contents.

If you would like to make some first provisions on your way from the airport to your Holiday Villa, you can do this in “Lassi”: the first village you will meet after the airport (approx. 10km), on the main road to Agia Efimia and Sami (after the Hotels “White Rocks” and “Princess”). In Lassi there are a couple of super markets (left and right side of the main road), open mostly until 10 pm. In Agia Efimia and Sami there are a couple of super markets, bakeries, butcher´s shops etc. In high season (late June until mid of September) the most of the shops are open daily, non-stop, until 10:00 pm. During the low season-months they are closed on Sundays, public holidays as well as during the midday (2:30 – 5:30 pm).

In all Holiday Rentals in Kefalonia, smoking in the rooms is prohibited. If you are a smoker, you are kindly requested to smoke outside of the house, not in the rooms. This is essential in consideration of non-smokers.

The swimming pools of the villas featured in our site are private, i.e. for sole use of the guests of the villa.

In the months June, July, August and early September the pool water is pretty warm. In May, late September and October the pool water is quite fresh; however, swimming in the pool is possible, especially around the midday hours.

We will be happy to arrange a taxi transfer for you. We cooperate with local English speaking and reliable taxi drivers, who know the exact location of the houses.

The taxi cost from the airport to the regions of Agia Efimia and Sami is
– 60 euro in a taxi (1-4 people), per taxi, per way
– 90 euro in a van (5-8 people), per van, per way
For other distances, please enquire. There is no additional cost for organising the service of a taxi transfer and there is no charge for picking you up from the airport. The cost is payable directly to the taxi driver in cash.

Spring time is beautiful on the island. It is sunny with average temperatures of 20-25 °C during the day. At night it is chilly (average temperatures of 13 °C), so you will need to take a warm jacket for the evenings. You can expect little rain (average monthly rainfall over 6 days in May).

The weather in Kefalonia late September/early October is friendly and sunny with pleasant average temperatures of 20-22 °C during the day. At night it is chilly (average temperatures of 13-17 °C), so you will need to take warm clothes for the evenings. You can expect little rain (average monthly rainfall over 7 days in September and 11 days in October).

Generally, the pool water will be quite fresh for swimming in May, late September and October. However, swimming in the pool is possible at that time, especially around the midday hours.

Generally, the sea will be cool for swimming in May (sea temperature is about 18-19 °C). The sea water is warmest in July, August and early September. Late September/ early October the sea is still quite warm (sea average temperature 22-23 °C), so swimming is possible, especially around the midday hours.

A free wi-fi internet is provided in all our Kefalonia Holiday Rentals. You will get the password on your arrival.
