Villa Description
The secluded and tranquil location of the property makes the villa the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing holidays: Embedded in a magnificent old olive grove, offering lovely countryside views, just 2 km (5 min drive) from the little village of Karavomylos and its dreamy Natural Lake, with a good fish restaurant, tavern, café and mini-market. Next bigger village is Sami (approx. 2 km from the villa) with all amenities you may need in your holidays: restaurants, cafés, shops, beaches. The spectacular beach of Antisamos is just 15 min drive from the villa.
The three-story stone villa (185 m²) is comfortably furnished, fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and living-room) and equipped to meet the needs of all. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with double and one with twins), both with en-suite bathrooms (one with bath, WC and one with shower, WC), air-conditioning and balconies with lovely views over the pool, the garden and the surrounding mountains of Sami.
On the ground floor there is the spacious, comfortable living room with sofas, fire place, dining table, LCD 32´ satellite TV (Nova), home-cinema, DVD, radio, CD-Player, air-conditioning; an open-plan kitchen, perfectly equipped; and a bathroom with shower, WC.
The third bedroom is on a lower ground floor with twins, air-conditioning and comfortable seating area.
The Villa benefits from a luxurious large saltwater pool (width 4 x 9 m, depths 1.20 – 1.70 m) and a vast, sunny terrace made of light-coloured natural stone, which creates a harmonic contrast to the olive green of the surroundings. The relaxing sun beds made of wood invite you to relax at the large pool. The dining area, shaded by a pergola is equipped with high-quality wooden furnishings. There is a coal grill plus a wood-burning stove and an outside sink, ideal for preparing the dinner outside in warm evenings. The terrace is surrounded by a carefully decorated garden with old olive trees and well-tended lawn, ideally for children to play.
The olive grove around the property is filled with old beautiful olive trees producing the olives which are used to make the Olive Garden Villa`s delicious, organic extra-virgin olive oil. Guests of the villa are treated to taste the oil and for those interested there are one- litre- bottles for purchase available.
