Villa Angelina

Villa Angelina is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood of the little village of Karavomylos, just 5 min drive from the picturesque harbour of Sami. The position is slightly elevated, thus enables lovely views of the beautiful bay of Sami and the neighbour Island Ithaca. Scenic beauties of Kefalonia Island, such as the idyllic Karavomylos lake, Melissani lake are in a distance of just 600 m; the spectacular beach of Antisamos just 10-15 min drive. A minimarket, a good seaside tavern with fresh fish, further cafés and taverns are located within easy walking distance (15 min) from the Villa. Sami with all its amenities (supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, car rental) is approx. 2 km from the villa.

Villa Angelina is the perfect place for large groups spending their holiday together and wanting shared facilities outside, but individual privacy internally.

The living area of approx. 200 m² is arranged over two levels. The top level is accessible by an exterior staircase and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a dining kitchen. On the ground floor there are 2 separated apartments each consisting of: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/diner with fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. The property is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms + living rooms) and equipped to a high-quality standard, that combines traditional style with the latest modern amenities. A free Wi-Fi internet access is provided and cover all inside and outside areas of the villa.

On the Top Floor (sleeps 6) there are:
. 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with twins, both with air-conditioning, balcony and plentiful storage
. 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath, WC, hairdryer and 1 with shower, WC
. a spacious living room equipped with comfortable sofas, armchair, fire place, LCD 36´satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD-Player, air-conditioning and balcony doors open on to a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture and lovely sea views.
. a tasteful decorated kitchen: slightly separated from the living room and fully equipped with a high-quality wooden dining table.
On the Ground Floor (sleeps 8) there are:
2 Apartments, each consisting of:
. 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double and 1 with twins, both with air-conditioning and patio doors leading on to the spacious main terrace
. 2 bathrooms: en-suite to the bedrooms, both with shower, WC hair-dryer
. living-dining room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, dining table in modern design, open plan fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and patio doors leading on to the spacious main terrace.

Outside there is a private pool (width 4 x 7 m / depths 0.60 – 1.70 m) surrounded by private terraces and garden. The vast terraces offer several, individual seating areas with both, sun and shade. The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas. A large wooden table is perfectly suitable for spending warm evenings with all friends and family outside.
