Villa Alexandra

Villa Alexandra is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood of the little village of Karavomylos, just 5 min drive from the picturesque harbour of Sami. The position is slightly elevated, thus enables lovely views of the beautiful bay of Sami and the neighbour Island Ithaca. Scenic beauties of Kefalonia Island, such as the idyllic Karavomylos lake, Melissani lake are in a distance of just 600 m; the spectacular beach of Antisamos just 10-15 min drive. A minimarket, a good seaside tavern with fresh fish, further cafés and taverns are located within easy walking distance (15 min) from the Villa. Sami with all its amenities (supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, car rental) is approx. 2 km from the villa.

The living area of approx. 100 m² is arranged over one floor and combines harmoniously traditional style with the modern way of life. It is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and living room) and equipped to a high-quality standard. A free Wi-Fi internet access is provided and cover all inside and outside areas of the villa.

There are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with twins, both with air-conditioning, balcony and plentiful storage) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, WC, hairdryer and 1 with shower, WC). The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, armchair, fire place, LCD 36´satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD-Player and air-conditioning. The tasteful decorated kitchen is slightly separated and fully equipped with a high-quality wooden dining table. The balcony doors open on to a spacious balcony with comfortable furniture and lovely sea views.
Outside there is a private pool (width 4 x 7 m / depths 0.60 – 1.70 m) surrounded by private terraces and garden. They offer privacy and several seating areas with both, sun and shade. Here is the perfect place to relax on the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy a meal at the large wooden table.
